Industry: Auto Dealership Direct Marketing & Customer Service

Business Need: A web based application and web site that would include a system to track CRCLoyalty's dealers and their customers.  The application needed to include a bulk customized mail feature that performed basic e-mail tracking in a way for the dealers to log in and view their statistics via on-line reports.

Solution: Achaean built a web based application on a newly created CRCLoyalty website that created an account for each dealership. Each account had a database of customers, dealer accounts, and a customizable e-mail template system.

Industry: Meeting Planner & Vendor Corporate Association

Business Need: Website and an application to manage projects, members, membership plans, and leads. This application would also need to increase efficiency by cutting down on the number of e-mails sent back and forth between memebers by using a bulk email tool.

Solution: Achaean built a database driven web based application. This application allows members to log in and view assigned and revelant projects, depending on their access level. Emails are also incorporated into the system to inform members on what is happening with their particular projects. Membereship and membership leads are also monitored in the database.
